It has been two weeks since we announced our HyperApp. Hundreds of users have given our app a try. BasedApp is now officially available in Android PlayStore! Apple iOS app will be available soon, but you can give it a spin on Apple TestFlight.

BasedApp is committed to building a great experience to trade on Hyperliquid. When you use BasedApp, you are using Hyperliquid at the same time. That means you will be earning both Hyperliquid Points and BasedApp XP at the same time.

Using BasedApp trading feature is permissionless. All a user needs to do is to have a wallet, fund it and start trading right away. When you use any of BasedApp products, whether it is trading or card spends, you earn points and XP along the way.

• XP: Earned through trading and using our Based Wallet.
• Points: Earned through card spending. Location restrictions applies.

We designed it this way to be fair to all users no matter which country you are based in. Even though we are working hard to release Based Visa Card to more people in the world, there will be some areas that we could not serve today.

With XP being permissionless, anyone can be part of the BASED COMMUNITY. XP (Experience Points) are given for trading activities. Currently, we are running an alpha testing and we are giving 4,000 XP for signup and 1,600 points per $10k volume (3x multiplier due to alpha testing) swapped through BasedApp.

What we are building now

For the last few days, we have been fixing bugs and working to improve the experience for everyone on the mobile app. We are also working on some other bigger initiatives such as opening up Based Visa Cards to more countries, enabling on/off ramps and making it easier to fund your account.

We want to be the trading hub for every asset on Hyperliquid. Although mobile is convenient for most people on the go, some users prefer to trade on their comp whenever they are on their desk. Being mobile-only is a bad experience in that case, that's why we have decided to build a web app.

Most of the features are there. Although there's always more that we can do, I've decided to make the web app available for everyone to use.

There will always be things that can be better, but markets do not wait.

Our products are in beta mode and subjected to changes everyday. We are working extremely fast and commited to resolve as many bugs as we can.

Our plan on the web is to hit feature parity on the futures/spot side as soon as possible, then we will be enabling spot trading across the whole HyperEVM space.
